Is Rolex Explorer II 42mm too big?

Updated: Jun 1, 2021

The short answer is, no.

The long answer: it depends on your wrist size, if you know how/where you want to wear it, and if you know what to expect with the size.

  1. Wearing a big watch too loose can make it slide down too low on your wrist, which can result in injury to your wrist during a fall.

  2. Wearing a watch too loose can cause it to hit objects around you and cause unnecessary wear and tear on your expensive watch.

  3. Wearing a watch that's too big for you can make watch enthusiasts judge you negatively since it doesn't look proportionate on your wrist.

  4. Wearing a watch that's too small can also make people judge you.

  5. Wearing a watch that fits you well makes you look stylish...
